Summary: | A thermoelectric transducer based on MDSM structures of the field-effect transistor (FET) type is proposed, in which the thermal energy of the environment is converted into electrical energy. We use a new principle of converting thermal energy into electrical energy. We show that with the help of such a converter, it is possible to dramatically increase the efficiency of processors due to the heat generated by the processor is converted by this converter again into electricity that transfers to the processor. |
