AN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FOR TESTING CROSS-LINKED POLYETHYLENE POWER CABLES OF ALL VOLTAGE CLASSES
The paper introduces a design solution for building a test system for measurement of partial discharge and detection of breakdown spots via voltage resonance.
