Description
Summary:The new readings of Norbert Zongo’s intellectual production and the way his speech has been « sacralized » in Burkina Faso can easily explain why the « Zongo case » has drawn so much attention. The heritage of Zongo’s writings, speeches and political engagement has spread through ordinary channels (daily discussions, by-products) and artistic works (works made as a tribute, organization of cultural events). Today’s dramatic production, among others, is contributing to the collective re-writing of his life’s work.
