The study identified public places that influence consumer opinions of shopping malls to examine the intentionality of the relationship between people and shopping malls. Taiwan has many historical cultural parks that have been reduced to idle spaces. This research will enable historical creative parks. Through DAHP’s research methods, this research will determine the key factors in the public space of cultural shopping centers. Moreover, the study examined key factors that create a sense of culture in public space design.
