THE SURFACE RELIEF ANALISIS OF Sm(Co, Cu)5 SINGLE CRYSTALS BY ATOMIC–FORCE MYCROSCOPY
The relief of Sm(Co, Cu)5 single crystal surfaces is investigated by AFM methods. The analysis of surface images of all samples is carried out by using the scanning probe microscope SOLVER P47 software.
