| Summary: | Corruption is not a new crime, but a very quaint old crime. Corruption does not only happen in Indonesia, corruption also occurs in other countries. In fact, this is now regarded as corruption is an international problem. Combating corruption always get more attention than other crimes. In general, these criminal acts are not only result in losses to the state (state finances), but may result in a very broad impact, both in the social, economic, security, political, and cultural.

ABSTRAKKorupsi bukanlah kejahatan baru, tapi kejahatan yang cukup lama. Korupsi tidak hanya terjadi di Indonesia, juga terjadi di negara-negara lain . Bahkan merupakan masalah internasional. Pemberantasan korupsi selalu mendapatkan perhatian lebih dari kejahatan lainnya.
