In the 21st century, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union defines in the articles 24th and 32th of the rights of children and young people, and they must be guaranteed protection and care that are dangerous to their well-being and against all activities likely to undermine their safety, health or physical, mental, moral or social development. With this study, of the exploratory nature, we intend to: 1) adopt a new research instrument - questionnaire in preparation on “Satisfaction levels of adolescents - Body Image and some Lifestyles and Behaviors”; 2) describe and compare some of the results obtained by applying a small sample (n=29) of adolescents (mean age: 19.6 years; all females). The application of the questionnaire, respecting informed consent, followed a pilot study protocol and some data were analyzed using the software SPSS (version 25.0) and using descriptive, central tendency and non parametric comparative statistics. From data analysis we can draw some lessons: 1) the tested questionnaire, except some format issues, is adjusted as to the language and the importance of the questions asked; 2) This small exploratory study has been shown to fit the initial purpose and presented some interesting results: a) regarding the profile of physical characteristics, we came across adolescents who, after a regular course of active student, are on average “overweight”, having a good awareness of this and feeling the need to “change” their profile.http://www.infad.eu/RevistaINFAD/OJS/index.php/IJODAEP/article/view/1701estudo exploratórioadolescentesbem-estarimagem corporal
