Summary: | The present paper was developed with the aim to analyze the belief on sustainability discourse of an internationalized organization, through a solid narrative analysis of agents inserted in the context of an organization, and documents which publicly shows a company’s compromise to sustainability, besides identifying symbolic instruments and tools of domination used to legitimate sustainability as a belief in internationalized organizations. The Bourdieusian sociology was used as the main theoretical view, which has also grounded the analysis of this research. This investigation has applied nature and qualitative and exploratory approaches. Two research strategies were adopted: bibliographic research and case study. Through the analysis, it was verified that que internationalized organization states a dominant discourse about sustainability which legitimates itself as a belief to its workers, by the means of formal and symbolic instruments.
