Description
Summary:64 patients were examined to improve technique of shear wave and real-time elastography. There were 11 patients with hematologic diseases, 19 - with infectious diseases, 24 patients with gastroenterological pathology and 10 patients with cardiologic diseases, with primary results of spleen stiffness indicators. According to the results of the studies have been made conclusions about improvement the reproducibility and efficiency of research using advanced techniques. The sensitivity amounted to 93,1%, specificity - to 89,3% and precision - 91,3%, while by using the routine method these indices amounted to 68,2%, 91,4% and 79,4% accordingly.
