Training of competent specialists in economics is very important today. It is caused not only by the fact that Ukraine signed corresponding documents on Bologna process but also by the condition of labor market in Ukraine. Employers believe that in modern highly dynamic conditions of external environment they can not spend two or three years for professional training of graduates. That is why such competencies are to be trained during studies at higher schools, so that people who come to occupy work places had corresponding level of competence.In the article such notions as competence, competency are examined, classifications of competencies are analyzed, classification and list of competencies for training of bachelors and masters for speciality Economics of Enterprise are proposed.
