Length of a vessel is one of the important causes of hypertension of reno–vascular origin in adolescence in the aberrant renal arteries. An adolescent girl with bilateral uveitis and hypertension was evaluated for the cause of hypertension. Serum rennin and aldosterone levels favoured hypertension of renovascular origin. Ultrasonography and C.T. scan angiography of the abdomen revealed multiple aberrant renal arteries without any stenosis.
