The values of Cronbach’s Alpha were acceptable in the study groups; the highest and lowest levels of safety climate were observed in ceramic and mine industries, respectively.
Conclusion: There were some relationships between the safety climate and variables of level of education, work shift, presence of occupational and health department (OH&S) as well as safety management system, age and work shift.http://jhsss.sums.ac.ir/article_45535_e64833a48dbb6af53adec04524c301b3.pdfnoscqsafety climatesafety management |
