Summary: | This article it is treated the preparation of preschool education teachers having in mind nowadays tendencies about Cuban education. This is done with the purpose of elaborating a set of activities to form teachers to treat fine motion, in the fourth cycle of preschool education in Carlos Manuel neighborhood. The study demonstrated the problems in teacher's formation to treat, with an interdisciplinary character, the fines motion abilities. The activity system is composed of qualification activities, demonstration and exchange with other specialist in the territory, with participative techniques among others, with a methodological character. The practical significance of this theme is to offer a consulting material for teachers and auxiliary personnel at the fourth cycle, to treat fine motion skills which will allow their systematic pedagogic preparation.
