The effective functioning of the organization depends on many factors, but the key role is played by human factors. It is people in an organization to determine its success. However, an organization functions effectively not only just by employees’ presence. Communicative process is very important, that is the ability to communicate, and make decisions, and to understand what employees have to say doing their job duties. Relationships of an organization with the environment are equally important for the effective functioning of the organization. The development of appropriate relationships with clients, contractors, banks, etc., depends on whether the organization will succeed, or will be doomed to failure. The aim of this research is the attempt to depict the style of communication on the example of the employees at the Polish post office and the communication impact on the motivation of staff, the presentation of the main forms of communication not only between employees at different levels, but also the dialogue “an employee – a customer”, and the appearance while the communication process, which affects not only the employees of the organisational unit, but also customers.http://ven.ztu.edu.ua/article/view/106381communicationpublic organizationpublic organization aims
