There has been a major change in evolution of the population and standard of living. The number of marriages and live births has decreased and the number of divorces stagnated. The marriages and the childbirth advanced to the higher age level. The rate of engaged couples marital status, which is decreasing, is approximately on the same level, just the age of mothers is increasing. A high positive correlation has been proved between the number of married couples and live births children. At stagnation of divorces the numbers of divorces decrease at the beginning of the marriage on the contrary it increases after 15 years of marriage.
