At present, due to the increase in the demand and supply of construction finishing materials, several companies in our environment have needed, in addition to improving their product portfolio, also improving their management methods to increase business efficiency. That is why this research proposes a favorable organizational structure for the company PALO ALTO that, adapted to its business philosophy, will allow the development of its organization to be guided by its strategic direction and also that the process management be A fundamental pillar for its operation. It explains what are the competences that the positions of each part of the proposed structure should have and what the communication channel between these charges should be. The research is of a non-experimental type because variables are not manipulated but the phenomena of the company are studied in their current state to later analyze and explain them. It is a mixed type, but with a special qualitative focus.
