Extensive experiments on 8300 videos are performed to examine the proposed video hashing. Performance comparisons reveal that the proposed scheme is better than several state-of-the-art schemes in balancing the performances of robustness and discrimination.http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2021/9930673
