Today, Darwin, if it were an iGen, he would do it with a click on a tweet and it would probably go viral and millions of people in his theory, share it, include it, link with other researchers, and, with it, learning and scientific progress , so to speak would be given in one click. On the other hand, all these advances have put into practice the standards that a doctor and a specialist must have worldwide, according to the schools that have clearly identified them. We also have important Latin American projects such as Tuning (3), a network with general and specific competences that allow us to have a clear profile of the doctor and his performance worldwide, in a standardized, optimal and competitive manner. In our environment, the second specialization programs in medicine have already defined the competencies of the main professional specialties. Currently, the National Medical Resident Council (CONAREME) has been working together for the competencies of all specialties in our country. From this perspective, the question that arises is how to reach the achievement of competences and what is the role of the teacher in this 21st century. Today, a teacher or tutor is assigned to a group of undergraduate and graduate students, who must have the best possible information, since the student can not do it alone. Why limit a student to a single teacher, who has a limited and soon specialized knowledge, why not give him the opportunity to choose between several thoughts and truths, especially when the truth changes and evolves rapidly.
