The question of the implementation of the mortgaged property is one of the issues that we found that it did not receive enough attention from the researchers. It is a very important issue. The real estate that is mortgaged or reserved at the present time has increased for a simple reason. The government or the private ones, especially that a large proportion of those loans are without interest on the one hand and on the other hand, which is important that these banking institutions are not willing to lend money to individuals or companies without a guarantee assured and reassuring that it covers the amount of debt or the lender, which will be in the position of (the mortgagee creditor) will place it in the priority position for the right of the eyes of the successor, namely the insurance mortgage
