We start from an afrocentric perspective, in view of the reallocation of the black voices of the margins to the discursive domain of the juridical. Looking at the law as a metaphor, we propose a taking of the word by black men and women in order to establish a protagonism in the process of producing the norm, starting with theory. The genealogy of the subjectivity of the "minor", the guardianship equipment and the birth of a dogmatic one to treat children and adolescents in Brazilian public law reminds us of a past of sanitizing cities and politics of whitening.
