Summary:The 16th St. Gallen International Breast Cancer Conference was held in Vienna, Austria from March 20, 2019 to March 23, 2019. The biennial St. Gallen International Breast Cancer Conference and Expert Consensus present an inventory and summary of the progress of breast cancer treatment over the past two years. The theme of this conference is "assessing the clinical benefits of early breast cancer (EBC) treatment". The meeting mainly focused on the hot topics of surgical treatment, medical treatment and radiotherapy for early breast cancer, as well as controversial topics, and finally formed an expert consensus.
