Summary:Circular migration has become a characterisitc feature of contemporary science developing in the era of globalization. The role of circular migration to the USA and EU countries is also increasing for the Russian science. As opposed to simple «brain drain» from Russia circular migration does not involve any losses for the Russian state since returning back circular migrants bring with them new knowledge and practices that they have studied abroad. This paper contains the analysis of the materials of empirical study of the attitudes of Russian scientists towards the circular migration as well as the study of the phenomenon of «simultaneous work in different countries».
