Summary:This paper presents a new generation algorithm for tool path based on the optimization of traditional algorithms. Then, the tool path on an impeller is generated with UG software, and it is used to make contrasts and verifications for the effect of optimization. Finally, VERICUT software with the function of the simulating on the whole manufacturing process is utilized to verify the feasibility of the optimized algorithm.
