Internet, the electronic communication network that connects worldwide computer networks and institutional computer systems, is an essential part of our lives today. In this study, linear programming based Data Envelopment Analysis which measures the relative internet usage efficiency scores of European Union member states, candidate states and states whose candidacy has officially been approved, has been used and estimates of efficiencies have been obtained by using Simar & Wilson approach.
