According to Pataica Mcgorr once the dying patient compliance with the death, care givers can help him/her to overcome on fear of death. Continues reports show that most of dying patients agrees to know the truth. Glaser and Strauss named different tricks which patents make to know the time of their death while nurses and physicians try to hide it. Hinton concluded that 80% of dying patients could realize the truth, whether or not they had been told about their prognosis. Reports of Glaser and Strauss and Kubler and Ross also confirmed this finding. |
