<p>Using a normative approach of this study is expected to find a permanent<br />legal political and incidental in the supervision of the constitutional judges.<br />Based on primary legal materials and secondary conclude that in order to<br />preserve and uphold the honor, dignity, and the behavior of the judge is<br />required to supervise the attitude constitutional judges to match the code of<br />ethics and code of conduct so that each verdict was implemented in order to<br />enforce the law and justice based on Pancasila and the Constitution of the<br />Year 1945 as a permanent legal political supervision of the constitutional<br />judges. While the legal political incidental that the choice is a) Conduct of<br />judges of the Constitutional supervised by the Board of Ethics established<br />the Constitutional Court, while on judges reported or suspected violations of<br />code of ethics and / or code of conduct of judges of the Constitutional<br />formed Honorary Council Constitutional Court whose establishment is<br />proposed Ethics Council, with carry out the tasks and functions as judicial<br />ethics; and b). Constitutional Court's decision can not be carried out judicial<br />supervision as well as supervision of court decisions that are in the Supreme<br />Court through legal action mechanisms (ordinary and extraordinary).<br />However, the decision of the Court can be controlled society through the<br />monitoring of the implementation of such decision, including corrections<br />through academic activities but can not change the decision.</p><p><br />Keywords: Supervision, Behavior, Judges and Constitutional Judges</p>
