Summary:The article represents a clinical case of severe Methotrexate- and Cyclosporine-resistant antibody-positive idiopathic juvenile arthritis in a teenage-girl. Treatment with T-cells costimulation inhibitor Abatacept was performed. In 24 weeks after treatment start inactive stage of disease was established: rheumatoid factor and cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies serum concentrations were significantly lower, range of motion in the involved joints was completely restored, life quality increased to the level of the same age healthy adolescents.
