Summary:Venous aneurysms, especially the ones located in the upper limbs, are vascular malformations with low incidence in the population. Two cases of venous aneurisms on female patients showed up at the Angiology and Vascular Surgery services at the General Teaching Hospital ¨Dr. Agostinho Neto¨ in Guantanamo, Cuba. Aneurism diagnosis was confirmed through biopsy. They were located in different segments of the superficial venous system of the upper limbs, and were surgically resected.
