Summary:Prophylactic management of small doses of fresh-frozen plasma to women in the case when the hemorrhage is less than 20 % of circulating blood volume and the adaptable physiologic changes of hemostasis have been already formed, does not change its coagulative potential. The optimization of an individual program of transfusion therapy should be based on the results of screening and monitoring of hemostasis state.
