The survey, carried out through a questionnaire, sought to understand if and how much the university training received in ICT had an impact on DL (Distance Learning) teaching and ensured inclusive processes for pupils with SEN (Special Education Needs). What emerges from the research are both the opportunities that ICT can offer for the educational support and inclusion of children and young people with SEN, especially in emergency situations such as that of COVID-19 and, at the same time, the need for more targeted training in educational technology for all school personnel, in order to ensure educational processes that are adequate to meet both collective and individual needs.
