In the present review discusses the characteristics of T lymphocytes, decidua and placenta, especially their migration and functional activity during pregnancy. The review discusses the role of the subpopulations of Th1, Th17, Th2 and Treg lymphocytes in the formation of the placenta and the immune regulation of pregnancy, as well as their interaction with the cells of the decidua and trophoblast.
