РАСПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЙ ОБОБЩЕННОЙ СУММЫ ДЕЛИТЕЛЕЙ В КЛАССАХ ВЫЧЕТОВ
The necessary and sufficient condition of weak uniformly distribution in residue classes for generalized function of a Σ of divisors σ(n,χ) are obtained. The assimptotic formulaes for values distribution of σ(n,χ) are proved too.
