avoid prejudice against non formal science areas. The present paper approaches the complexity in measuring science production by using international standard criteria. The study also offers an alternative technique which was based on the structure of the researcher form available at the
Brazilian data base. A final remark is the need to take advantage on the potential of the Brazilian researcher. |
