The article states that the digital transformation of the educational environment influences everyday work of young teachers. The positive and negative instances of the digital transformation of the educational environment are highlighted. The studies have defined that the effective use of information technologies and resources is capable of minimizing some difficulties and risks faced by modern teachers in their daily professional activities. The studies have indicated new courses for the introduction of information technologies into the daily practice of the professional activity of young teachers. After conducting empirical verification of the influence of the digital transformation of the Russian society and the education system on the formation of the professional identity of young teachers in a big Russian city the authors have concluded that information technologies and resources are a constitutive factor in building professional identity of young teachers in a big Russian city.https://www.e3s-conferences.org/articles/e3sconf/pdf/2021/49/e3sconf_interagromash2021_12033.pdf
