USE OF AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION «PHOTODITAZIN», COMPLEXED WITH A VARIETY OF POLYMERS FORTHE TREATMENT OF PURULENT WOUNDS OF SOFT TISSUE EXPERIMENT

The article presents the results of a study of water-soluble polymers effects on the “Photoditazin” activity and the course of wound process under photodynamic therapy of purulent wounds in rats. The data of macroscopic and histological study of wounds status before and after photodynamic therapy, a...

The data of macroscopic and histological study of wounds status before and after photodynamic therapy, and assessed the quality and degree of intensity of reparative processes under influence of photodynamic therapy with the drug “Photoditazin” and its complexes with water-soluble polymers of natural poly- saccharide chitosan and a triple block copolymer of ethylene- and propylene oxide (pluronic F127).It was given the rationale for Pluronic F127 joining to the drug “Photoditazine” for reducing the cytotoxic effects of the drug.https://journals.eco-vector.com/clinpractice/article/viewFile/8098/6520photodynamic therapy“photoditazine”treatment of wounds
