The increased level of activity of breath and enzimatic systems of protection from peroxide oxidation in the initial phase of vegetation is marked during growth and formation of sprouts of jasmines from flora of Western Europe, Far East, China and Atlantic region of Northern America hardy to the conditions of growth in Ukraine.
