Summary: | The beginning of the 21st century shows the outgrowth of the agrohydrobusiness
in Rondonia, where the strategic use of the land and water become economic
source of income in the territorial dynamic of the accumulation of financial capital.
Therefore, soybean agribusiness is analyzed in the south of the state of Rondonia
and the construction of (ports and waterways) that make possible the territorial
fluency, at the same time articulating the importance of the Madeira River in
Rondonia, it is concluded that local geography is more and more under pressure
by external variables, qualifying places as global manifestations or as totality of the
world, when considering the process of production of commodities in the region.
