The results show that the managers’ emotional intelligent not only had a direct and positive impact on the firm performance but also indirectly affects through two intermediaries of their satisfaction and trust. In addition, the findings reveal the relationship between determinants such as satisfaction positively influencing their trust and negatively affecting opportunistic behavior.
