Against this background, the proximity of industrial activity to the urban environment of the city of Batna, located in the North East of Algeria, has contributed to the rise of the concept of industrial risk, the prevention of which, demonstrates the fundamental role of urban resilience in the sustainable management of risk and urban disaster situations.
