Summary:Based on the analysis of epidemiological, clinical and laboratory data characterizing the course of rotavirus infection in children of Zaporizhya region, there are provided the modern features of the disease. The authors marked dynamic changes in clinical and laboratory parameters of lactase deficiency, which occur during rotavirus infection in infants. The efficiency of Saccharomyces boulardii in complex treatment of rotavirus infection in children is shown.
