This paper presents a survey about researches done under the climatic scopeand the economic one also. It figures out this way, a theoretical approach tothe theme climate versus economy. For the theoretical surveys of climatology,the base is studies about variability, mainly on temperature and precipitation.For the economy, the approach is supported by some initial studies onenvironmental valuation. Finally, it is discussed some authors that take in accountthe approach on environmental analysis into the economic. By meansof this work, it is noticed that environmental valuation is a trend in the environmentaleconomy in order to help in the integration process in the environmental questions of the economic system. By understanding in what way capitalisticsociety is set up, is important to the introduction of studies takinginto account or inter-relating these two objects.
