Methodology: It is an integrative review of literature, with analysis of publication on the subject. To norteamento the search of the literature was used as a strategy peak. To complement the research we selected 13 articles on the topic. Results: The information allowed us to identify 25 nursing diagnoses, according to the NANDA Taxonomy II, among them are: Risk for infection; acute pain; Cardiac diminished; gas exchange impaired; Risk of unstable glycemia among others. Conclusion: The study proved to be crucial to develop studies about nursing diagnoses in the postoperative period of myocardial revascularization, directing the nursing actions specific to each patient, facilitating their decision-making.
