Summary:<p class="szaretekststrangSTRESZCZENIE">This article is dedicated to a wide range of psychological and social spectrum of school and work achievements of the talented people. Article is located at the crossroads of social and psychological issues, so one can pass call it multi-disciplinary. The author, based on the literature, analyzes and reflects on how the internal attributes of the man, his personality, temperament and his/her social environment impact on his/her development on many levels. This topic is very complex, so it is difficult to obtain clear answers to the question: What are the main psychological and social determinants of the achievements of the talented persons? The author proposes an special approach and some solutions to teachers and parents who educate and work with the talented persons that makes that article also practical one. She has done it not in order to impose them something, but to make them able to argue with them and/or be inspired by them, with wider understanding who the talented person is and how he/she behaves. Article is theoretical and empirical.</p>
