Mechanism of network interaction within the framework of scientific, educational and production network on the basis of the paradigm of “open” innovations is associated with the creation of conditions for the development of innovative capital of the network entities, training of highly qualified personnel of пeneral and vocational education with the necessary competencies in the field of generation and dissemination of new knowledge, as well as improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the entities in the course of the scientific, educational and production network.
