Description
Summary:Concerning the employees’ mobility linked to the apparition of “RTT” (reduction of working time), new changes and socio-spatial differences appeared and old discriminations unfortunately developed. A statistical analysis of the various types of moving (work, leisure, tourism) and discussions with workers in the Franche-Comté region let appear a growth of the differences between them concerning their space-time consumption linked their demographic, socio-economic and territorial criteria. It seems that new agreements taking into account the social life of employees and not only the logics of companies must be negotiated.
