Summary: | Granular cell tumor is a rare benign soft-tissue neoplasm, usually appearing in the tongue, the oral cavity and subcutaneous tissue. Herein, we report ultrasonographic and mammographic imaging findings of a 59 years old woman presented with a painless palpable mass, which was diagnosed as granular cell tumor on histopathological analysis. |
