Summary:Granular cell tumor is a rare benign soft-tissue neoplasm, usually appearing in the tongue, the oral cavity and subcutaneous tissue. Examples of granular cell tumor of breast are encountered in 30-50-year-old women. Herein, we report ultrasonographic and mammographic imaging findings of a 59 years old woman presented with a painless palpable mass, which was diagnosed as granular cell tumor on histopathological analysis.
