At the same time the adoption of the directive on services in the internal market of European Commission and the implementation of the additional measures from the action plan to strengthen and enhance the competitiveness of European enterprises, is equal with the full liberalisation of the EU services market and therefore with the obligation to eliminate of all trade barriers which can be in front of free movement of services.
