The authors initiate to divulge the consequences of lockdown arising because of COVID19 on the Hospitality and Tourism sectors in India. It also showcases its impact on the employees working in these organizations and the remedial measures that are being adopted by them. The significance of the article is that it gives an understanding of the unique HR policies that are being adopted by the companies in dire circumstances to assist and facilitate their employees.
