The server part of the software, allowing carrying out the main business processes and functions on management of hotel complex with MS SQL Server DBMS application is developed. For adoption of the correct and reasonable operational and strategic decisions the system of modeling of business management according to an integrated indicator of quality of the enterprise and services rendered to them is created. The tool for monitoring and the analysis of information on efficiency of business processes are indicators of business processes.
