For this reason, it is important for the companies to have satisfied employees from their job. Therefore, companies should try to increase their employees’ job satisfaction level by implementing various managerial activities. In this study, the relationship between two aspects of job satisfaction (satisfaction with the work itself, satisfaction with pay) and demographic characteristics was investigated. The data for this study was collected through survey conducted on a textile company operating in the city of Kahramanmaraş.
